Ingredients: Organic chamomile, lavender buds, marigold petals, lemon balm.
The perfect brew: Boil 150 ml water at 80° C. Add water over 2 tsp of tea leaves & steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain, sip & relax.
Food pairing: Vanilla cookies, sliced apple pieces, citrusy & tart desserts.
Best time for sipping: A sumptuous bedtime tea is best sipped 1-2 hours before bedtime. You can also brew this tea anytime you wish to calm your nerves & just de-stress.

Easy Brewing: In a warmed up tea pot, put 2 teaspoon of the tea (2gm) and pour 150ml of hot water at around 80*c over the leaves. Now place a lid on top of the tea pot and cover the tea pot with a tea cosy to keep it warm. Let the tea leaves steep for 3-4 minutes. simply pour out the brewed liquid inside the teapot into tea cup using a strainer to keep the tea leaves out of the tea cup.
