INGREDIENTS:-1) Handful Dry Dandelion flowers ( more if you’d like your tea to be stronger)..2) 500 ml boiling water ..3)1/2 tsp honey to taste lemon juice to taste… INSTRUCTIONS:- Take two teaspoons of dry dandelion flowers . Place in a tea pot or in a larger strainer. Boil water and pour over the dandelion flowers. Leave to infuse for 5-6 minutes. Remove the dandelion flowers by pouring over another strainer or taking the strainer out with the flowers. Heat the filtered tea to the heat of your choice Add a bit of honey and lemon to taste. The dandelion flavour is quite delicate, so don’t overdo it with the additional flavours.
