      I’ve been facing the same issue for the past 10–15 days — Amazon or the seller seems to be repeatedly sending defective bags. The products arrive with missing or damaged zippers and broken straps. It’s extremely disappointing to experience such poor quality control. Lately, it feels like all I do is order → return → replace → repeat. I’m genuinely dissatisfied with Amazon’s service and would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing this item. If there was an option to give 0 ⭐ I would have clicked on that 0 .
