88A Toner Cartridge Installation Guide
Take the new 88A toner cartridge out of its packaging.Gently rock it back and forth 4–5 times to distribute the toner evenly inside.
Pull the orange plastic sealing tape straight out from the cartridge.Remove the plastic protective cover from the drum if present.
Power off your printer and open the top/front cover (depends on model).Wait for the cartridge carriage to move to the center (if applicable).
Pull out the used toner cartridge carefully and dispose of it properly.
Align the 88A toner with the guiding tracks inside the printer.Slide it in gently until it locks into place.
Close the top/front cover securely.Turn on the printer if it was off. It will run a short calibration.
From your computer or printer control panel, print a test page to confirm proper installation.
